The Toowoomba Orchid Society fosters an inclusive, welcoming community for orchid enthusiasts of all experience levels, encouraging connection, learning, and shared enjoyment of orchid growing. It promotes understanding of orchids through

up-to-date information on their natural history, cultivation, and hybridisation, supports research and education in orchid culture, and advocates for the protection of Australia’s native orchids by promoting responsible practices and conservation initiatives.

The Society also upholds standards aligned with the Australian Orchid Council, including recognised judging practices, to ensure quality and integrity within the orchid-growing community.
